- "The price and the receptionist in office Debbie was very nice."

- "I did not like that we had to move rooms after we unpacked becuse we requested a microwave and refridgerator. That within 10 minutes ofbeing there a lady came into the office to report a theft of a laptop out if her car. When in our second room my 19 mo olds feet were black aftere running around a few times barefoot and we washed the floors( the water was brown whe finished). The neighborhood was horrible, Debbie said she had to put deadbolts because people used cards to break in. The people in the room next to us were up the whole night doing drugs because we could here them talking about it and the tv was so loud. The continental breakfast was a joke and our power went out because we used our microwave while the heater was on. I really did not appreciate that when I called to cancel I was forced to stay one more night. I called 1 1/2 hours after check out and they knew we were gone the whole day because we had them lock our deadbolt when we left at 8:30 in the morning. I felt very unsafe there and was told I would not be refunded that day so I could stay one more night or leave and still be charged. Which is just ridiculous."

- "It was the only vacancy I could find in Eugene the weekend of the Oregon
V. Stanford football game." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The manager was a bitch. She was nasty looking, had a bad attitude, and reeked of smoke. She bitched about having to work. Listen poor woman, this is the biggest football game of the year, 70,000 people are in town, and you better be ready to be busy! The room was tiny, you could hardly get into the bathroom. And the internet said there was a microwave and a refrigerator, and there was not. It was way overpriced, isn't worth $100"
