Is there anything you didn't like?: "The Beds Need to be replaced. Venting in the bathroom needs to be added"

What did you like the most?: "The bed was comfortable"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was filthy. The shower was broken. The room stunk. The room wasn't made up. We cleaned the bathroom floor and the towel was black with dirt. The receptionist was a temporary employee. There was no ice. The bed was left unmade. Just a terrible experience."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Booking.com booked us a room for $47 plus tax, but the front desk would not honor that. He said Booking.com made and error - even after I showed him our printed confirmation. We were charged over $49 and he said that Booking.com even had too low a tax rate, so we were charged higher tax rate. The floors were stained and made our feet black, the balcony door was hard to open, the shower was slow to drain, and the air-conditioning smelled. Personally, the mattress hurt my back. -- The place needs a good cleaning."
