- "Everything: Bathroom small, stings. Room dirty, bed-linen dirty. TV does not work, Lots of noise even after closing window."

who wants to stay somewhere in the city that is safe, clean and
comfortable. Thanks to the Europa staff you guys are the greatest, and I

- What did you like the most?
- "Remote (from the front desk) rooms had no traffic and bar music noise
problems (it was quiet outside). Few people in hotel in January, I
rarely saw any in corridors and bathrooms (but neighbours woke me up
every night after 2am). China town is one block away (cheap food). E.G.
in Yee's Restaurant (1 block on Grant Ave.) you can eat a full plate
of bbq Chicken Leg for $2.50 after 3pm. All other time $5 - $6 is
enough. The dishes were big. I had 2 meals a day (was enough). But
everywhere in China Town cash only. Lots of free WiFi spots around the
hotel. I spent every day in Happy Doughnut cafe/bakery 1 block down
the Columbus Ave (WiFi net 'Guest' with 5Mbit Up&Down-load)." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Stinking rooms. Dust on furniture. Mud, garbage on the carpeting. Dead (and rarely live) cockroaches. If you bring a cup of coffee in the room, you'll get cockroaches in 2 hours. Unhappy people stay in the hotel (quarrels, shouts, fights, sometimes till 3:00am). Poor sound isolation (neghbors' voice, TVs, door claps). In the rooms remote from the front desk the WiFi after 2pm works every second time (request packets get lost), after 4pm impossible to use. Highest speed in the morning: 1.5Mbit Download + 90kbit Upload (speedtest.net). In the rooms and corridors closer to the front desk the WiFi is ok even after 4pm. The best speed in the morning: 5Mbit Download + 2Mbit Upload. But those rooms are facing the street (traffic noise 5am - 2am). Hotel occupies 2 upper floors of the building, the ground floor is occupied by 2 topless/strip bars and by one sort of bordello/brothel. One of the bars has live music (drums, amplified guitars, etc.) with sound higher than the traffic and lasting till at least 11pm sometimes. Tv set had no remote control (I didn't ask at front desk, I didn't need tv)."

- "Drug deals at the front door, found 2 hyperdermic needles and a crack pipe in the room, bed frame broken, Had to clean the room myself and get clean ripped and worn sheets myself. Ask for the vaccum to clean the evil rug. The ladies room was cleaner than the guest room."
