- "In one single day I have no towel in bathroom.at 23 o'clock I have to go down to reception to pick up the towels.an accident, probably!"

- "Near to the trains station - and for me near to the Messe, but not for some. Room very clean and warm."

- "No coffee or tea available in room -bed position to far for night light (had to get out of bed).Fan in bathroom very noisy."

- "1) They ran out of beer with 2 days still to go of our stay. 2) They overcharged us for 2 breakfasts and we are still waiting for them to acknowledge it and refund us."
