- "Good location & very cheap for a city centre. 24 hour reception is a must have & the fire alarm works pretty well"

- "It's like getting into Fort Knox, 23 card readers, followed by a million doors that lead to nowhere. Room hasn't been cleaned since 1998 & the shower hasn't been updated since the Stone Age. If you pay next to nothing, it's to be expected."

- "Your website (Booking.com) does not mention that photo-ID is essential in order to check-in with Euro-Hostel. Thankfully I had some with me, but it could have been a problem otherwise."

- "The location is magnificent. We had private rooms with private bathrooms and it was 2 blocks away of the shopping area, in a very safe part of the city. The price is ok considering how expensive is the UK. The staff is very friendly (except from one, at night), and they take cash. The tours pic you up directly in the hotel."

- "The bedroom was not as clean as it shoud be, the walls had old stains and the elevator is from the stone edge. I GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR!!!! I complained at the front desk and they didn't compensate it anyway. And one day after we got back from a tour, very late at night, I stopped in the supermarket to have a microwave dinner, but they close the kitchen at 10 pm and wouldnt let me warm my food anywhere else even if the hotel didn't have food service any more. Even though I begged, the woman in reception told me that there was a Mcdonalds 1 block away but after walking all day I wouldnt wanna go out at all!!! What's the point of having a guest kitchen if you can't use a microwave whenever you like????"
