- "We stayed in this cozy hotel for 2 nights during the Easter weekend. It's a small rancho on large grounds. There are a few cows, sheep and horses walking around the hotel grounds although the vast majority is kept far away. It is located 1.5km away from the town. If you are travelling by car there is free parking. If you don't have one, the owner is very friendly and is happy to to take you to and from the town by car. In fact, if you arrive to El Chalten by bus, ask the lady in the information office to call la Quinta and Alfredo (the owner) will come and pick you up!
It was quite during our stay and the hotel restaurant was closed but usually it is running. For breakfast they serve jam made from berries from thier own vegetable garden as well as lama's ham!
In the evenings you can chill out in a large living room with glass walls overlooking the fields.
We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful hotel!"

- "Very friendly and helpful owners. The hotel is definitely not a state of
the art type of place, but its very clean and on a beautiful ranch. One
down side is that it is a little ways outside of town and down a long
unpaved driveway, so if you don't have a car, it would be hard to get
to. Very good breakfast, too."
