- "It was completely empty apart from us, so lacked atmosphere - such a shame because it's a really lovely hotel and location."

- "Room was very nice; beautiful location with fantastic views; good restaurant (needs to be - there's nowhere else to eat nearby)."

- "Admittedly it was low season, but the place was distinctly understaffed. The pool water was cloudy. Main irritation was the intrusive radio in all the public spaces - even relayed out to the deck."

- "Location was amazing, staff were helpful and polite."

- "Breakfast was very average for a 4* Hotel and cold coffee most mornings. Did expect a hotel with it's own little marina would have it's own boat or at least access to one. A ski or two would of made the stay perfect."
