- "The staff were very helpful, curious to know what was required, and proactive about managing confusion as to locations."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The Hotel Estalagem is further from Aveiro centro than we were prepared for, especially with winding village and backcountry roads. Nonetheless, the Hotel is well situated to access A25 for northern or southern journeys."

- "- The facilities are way too old (70's style) and in serious need of renovations; - The employees were unaware of some of the services available to the customers (bicycles, gaming room) - All services were of mediocre quality, at best. - The whole facility lacks maintenance and investment. - Prices are way too steep for the service. Should be AT MOST 30-40? per night, instead of the current 60?."
