- "Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here. We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the ocean. Horse-drawn carriages rambled past our balcony where we sipped champagne while the sun went down. Fantastic room, wonderful staff and a great stay!"

- "We loved everything!!! After our 14-day cruise from Buenos Aires in a verandah cabin, it was sooooo nice to lounge in a beautiful, luxurious, roomy, hotel suite. When we went to the room (standard), we had champagne and chocolates waiting for us. The outside balcony faced the beach and the view was fantastic! The sunrises and sunsets were magnificent! I have to commend the entire hotel staff for their gracious assistence and service, no question went unanswered. They took the time to give us clear directions and information. We have stayed in hotels around the world and this one ties our #1 choice. The pictures on line don't do this hotel justice. Hotel Del Mar is a real gem of Chile!"
