- "Exelent location. Beautiful lake view and just a side of it.
Good breakfast and dinner buffet." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Hotel Pucon is a wonderful old construction (1934) but they haven't taken advantage of the building to restyling it. Furniture, bed, bedding, mattress and TV are very old. Body lotion and bathing cap were not included in the bathroom amenities."

- "The hotel cry for an important restauration. Room look clean, but windows, paint and carpet area really old and eventually do not work as well as they should do."
