- "The reception staff were polite and helpful."

- "I didn't like the way the air conditioning was refined to the bedroom and was not in the kitchen or sitting room area. Also we booked a wine tour via the hotel, however were on a non English speaking bus so did not understand anything!"

- "The gym was full of laundry so unusable, the rooftop jacuzzi didn´t work and the computer that was supposed to be for guest use was being used by the staff and I was told I couldn´t use it."
