- "one night we ordered room service and after about an hour we called and they said they did not see the order in the system so we went next door and got some italian food which was great. But I would strongly recommend to avoid eating at the hotel because there are so many great places to eat in Santa Fe."

- "Excellent hotel located just next to the Plaza. Nice big rooms with free wifi and modern bathroom. Nice pool upstairs and very good restaurant. Valet parking somehow expensive"

- "Really good hotel that functions very efficiently. Great staff who really make you feel welcome. Excellent location and one of the better restaurants in Santa Fe. Have stayed there three times now with consistent results."

- "A beautiful hotel right near the plaza. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had lovely amenities. The in-room safe was handy. I would certainly,stay there again - in fact we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay to a 2nd night."
