- What did you like the most?
- "Because the hotel was nearly empty, it was very quiet (although the
courtyard doubles as a carpark at night, and there were a few intervals
of noisy parking). The hotels is away from the bar/restaurant/student
hostel area, so good for people who want a quiet spot. The staff doesn't
speak English but were patient and helpful as we struggled with our
tourist Spanish. They don't automatically clean the rooms, so we had to
ask to have our wastebasket emptied and to get clean towels, but all our
requests were promptly seen to. The hotel is very basic - a clean room,
comfortable beds, hot water - so if you don't expect more, you'll be
quite satisfied." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel advertises that they offer breakfast and a lounge with computers for internet, but we saw no evidence of either. But there are lots of little cafeterias and internet booths nearby so it wasn't a problem, and they do have wifi. Just be aware that things are bare-bones."

While not luxurious, this is a nice place to stay in Banos."
