- "The hotel is nicely appointed, the decor is nice, good spa facilities."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I travelled with another couple that purchased their stay at the hotel directly from the hotel and not only it was brl700.00 (Usd350.00) Cheaper but they also had dinner included in their package (despite the fact that I was told during check-in that I also had dinner included, I later found out that I didn't - only because I was clever enough to check their dinner booking sheet when we arrived at the restaurant for dinner). After talking with the hotel's staff about it they said I should've addressed the issue on check-in. I was very annoyed. They were quite unhelpful and it wasn't even possible to add dinner to our package by paying a little extra. It was very disppointing. We were also told that we could not move any of the beach chairs to face the sun, because the owner doesn't allow guests to do that (!!!). We also found out that the owner faces charges of guests that were beaten up by hotel security... So the atmosphere is a bit unease."

- "Everything absolutely superb! Friendly staff who looked after you,
beautiful room, wonderful breakfast. Free water sports on the private
beach, and amazing sushi! Myself and my partner had the most relaxing
and wonderful time. There is nothing about this hotel I cannot praise.
It's a diamond!"
