What did you like the most?: "The staff were very helpful when our cruise ship was delayed. The hotel provided us with free shuttle service to a local mall and allowed us to store and access our luggage as needed during the wait. The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and another mall (with a theatre) which was a short 5 minute walk away so we could keep ourselves busy during the 7 hour delay."
