What did you like the most?: "Convenient location, room was very clean, staff was friendly and
helpful."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Had to switch rooms because the closet doors fell off when I opened them in the first room I was given. I also ended up staying an additional night and rather than book my room directly with the front desk, I was told I had to re-book at booking.com. I did this but the room rate was double what I had paid the previous two nights. Additionally, my coffee was not replaced the evening before I checked out and my Internet connection no longer worked."

What did you like the most?: "Booking.com got my reservation wrong I was suppose to get a hotel room w hot tub for our romantic weekend and the hotel didnt get the reservation from booking.com. Mgr. Andy did a great job to make up booking.com mistake. The service was exceptional."
