- "The staff was very helpful. If I needed to get somewhere they were very good about finding it for me."

- "It was very expensive. For the price you could at least give a free breakfast. It could have been cleaner too."

- "No refrigerator in the room & lighting at the bathroom mirror could be better. But we had a great stay anyway!"

- "Location the the Omaha Arena. Like the shuttle service to and from the Arena"

- "The hotel dinning room. Got poor service. Like the Bar better and we were able to order food"

- "I liked the location and absolutely loved the shuttle service and
drivers. They were friendly and accomodating in all aspects. If we stay
at the Doubletree again, it would definitely be partly because of this
aspect of our stay." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I think my likes out-weigh my dislikes, but one thing that was very disturbing was the fact that it was very hard to sleep with the loud music coming from the ballroom below us. We thought it would end at midnight, but instead went on beyond that time. It made the night quite uncomfortable. Also, I specifically requested in feather pillows in either of the 2 rooms I reserved because of severe allergies. There were lots of feather pillows in both rooms and I had to make another request at the front desk to have them removed."
