What did you like the most?: "The staff was friendly, the room was very nice & well situated near the elevator. I was provided a free cookie which was a nice touch."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was very hot the air conditioner appeared to be broken, was not fixed during the stay, even after being told it was broken. The drain in the room for the shower was also clogged causeing the water to stay in the tub."

What did you like the most?: "Good value for the price. Nice views. Nice floorplan. Nice bed. Nice
TVs. Quiet."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We were trying to have a romantic, rest-full, mini-getaway however, the evacuation alarm went off at 4am for about 15 minutes and then again at 5am for about 10 minutes. Not good for rest and romance."

What did you like the most?: "We only stayed one night here but we were very impressed with the level of service and friendliness from all the staff! Our check-in wasn't until mid afternoon but we arrived very early in the morning. The reception staff tried to find an available room for us, which we appreciated, but when there wasn't any available they not only offered to check-in our luggage but also to offer us a ride to the nearby International shopping mall via the courtesy bus! Not only that they came and picked us up when there was a room ready! Brilliant!!"
