- "Nothing, totally not worth it."

- "The room in 16th floor has the ventilation noise 24hours wiht no stop!!!!!!! Even I told the staff to give me a quiet room when I check in! It is horrible!!!!!!!! So I change to 8th floor, and the whole room has the smell of peeeeeeeeee, so weird!!!! And I changed again to 12th floor which is so so to accept. talking about staff, they are always not so friendly and seems like you owe money to them and always give you eye white~ who the hell they think they are?!"

- "Generally everything was good. Unfortunately, items had been charged to my room by mistake. While it was corrected and apologies were given for their mistakes it took far too long to correct."

- "The location was convenient for some parts of the university campus"

- "The hotel is over priced for the services and facilities on offer. The attitude of some staff members left much to be desired, surly and lacking in common courtesy. The room was clean, unless you looked under the bed or behind the curtains in the shower / bath. For the price the room lacked simple essentials e.g. a fridge."
