- "The staff at this hotel were superb. They were friendly and helpful at all times. There were a few minor glitches that the staff immediately responded to and corrected with a smile. Customer service is clearly the mantra at this hotel. It was luxury staffing at economy prices. The hotel itself is nice, spacious and clean but is not unlike many similar hotels. However, I would definitely come back and it is entirely due the the quality of the staff."

- "Very disappointing.. They need to upgrade internet. Way slow like old fashion dial up; had to use Ethernet cable... no WIFI !.. at least not in our room They need to upgrade TV signal ... what a disappointment ... beautiful, big, flat screen TV but less than half of the channels listed on the card in the room had any signal on them. most of the rest had so much "snow" they were unwatchable! No NBC - No Sunday night football.! Bottom line they want you to pay high end "Hilton" price for 1970's accommodations."
