- "I do feel you could update the spa facilities. Maybe have a seperate swimming area for the children so those who want to swim lengnths have more room. The tiles and doors on the steam room were rather dated and grimey."

- "In todays world, if internet and Wify facilities are not within the total cost, it shows real meanness of British business by ripping customer and making them unhappy. I can't believe, British hotel business can be so mean. On the web sight, I couldn't find any customer service. I have a problem that, I have been charged twice, and still I couldn't resolve the problem, and Hotel Reception Staff are not trained to deal with it. I am still waiting to speak to someone who can listen, understand and resolve the problem."
