- "A nice hotel in a very convenient location. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the main train/bus station in a reasonable area of town. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful all through our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and maintained all through our stay. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection including bacon and scrambled eggs. Both the room and bathroom were of a good size and comfortable. I thought it was extremely good value for money and would definitely stay there again."

- "The coffee with the breakfast buffet was bad but the hot chocolate was acceptable. The room was rather warm through our stay and we had to have the balcony doors slightly open at night, even though the temperature outside was single digits."

- "Great location. Termini station was close by. There were many stores under the station; we could shop most of things (ie.water, sandwiches, snack). Big towels and the clean bathroom made us feel home (plus not smelly)."

- "Breakfast was not nice compared to other good qualities that the hotel had. It was not poor but not fresh. esp. bread was dry, one day old or very cheap brand. One more thing, it was a bit noisy. W e could hear what's going on next room (i.e. phone calling )."
