What did you like the most?: "How accomodating the staff were"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I was allocated two of the motel rooms and one room in the main hotel. The girls who stayed in the motel rooms were not that impressed with the cleanliness. The carpets were very dirty and there was a musty smell in the room as though it had not been used in a while. I am presuming these rooms were only being used temporarily whilst the hotel was being refurbished but they were far from the quality of the rooms within the main hotel."

What did you like the most?: "Not a lot."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was scruffy, no television just the holes in the dirty wall where the bracket had been, the toilet was dirty, the carpet was dirty. If I had been politely advised that there was no tele etc. I may have considered staying again (not to mention my team of engineers)."

What did you like the most?: "The staff were pleasant and obliging. The bedroom was very spacious and had a nice outlook over the bowling green. It was also lovely and quiet. The bedroom and bathroom were well cleaned and the bed linen was pristine. Tea/coffee facilities were provided in the room. Parking was good and the hotel was easy to locate. We would use the hotel again but would check conditions - see notes below. It suited our needs for that particular visit as it was very close to our destination."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hotel is clearly undergoing a long overdue refurbishment and I am bearing that in mind in my comments. Room 8 shower had such poor power that I could not use it to wash out the shampoo from my long hair - this is an essential for me and could be remedied without major works. The pillows were two slabs of rubber and should be replaced at once. There were one or two grubby marks on the carpet which some shampoo and a little elbow grease would easily remove. The bar/lounge area appeared to have had some modernisation work done but it had a cold clinical feel to it rather than being somewhere cosy to sit enjoying a drink and chat after a long day, so back to the drawing board for the designer."
