Room:
Clean and huge. The Toilet facilities were clean and new. The Housekeeping cleans it every day. Free Wifi. SAT-TV in Room.
Staff / Service:
Very Friendly! Very Helpful! Really nice People. Don't accept American Express. It's possible to store Luggage if you arrive early / depart late.
Breakfast:
Really Good- i've never seen so much Food in such a small Hotel. From Fruits via Cereals up to Eggs and Bacon. Breakfast Room is a bit too small, in the Evening it's also used as a "Meet and Greet"-Room for Guests.
Area around:
Middle-Class Houses, some small Supermarkets and Restaurants. About 10 Mins. to Princess Road, 15 Mins to Waverly Station, 15 Mins to VUE Cinema, 8 Mins to St, James Shopping Center. Bus Stop next to the Hotel. For Airport Bus 100 get off one Station before Waverly Station and walk."

the location, the breakfast room, the room, the friendly staff - all

- "All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Goulven was always available to answer questions about buses or getting around. There were many options for breakfast and guests struck up conversations easily in the dining room. The location is good, a 15 minute walk to Princes St. There's a wonderful new restaurant named Earthy featuring locally sourced food just a few blocks away. I left a small item in my room when I departed and I received an e-mail immediately to notify me."
