- "The parking garage was a bit small, plus not being able to get tot the hotel, besides on the first floor, was a bit unexpected."

- "When checking in it was not confirmed with me what I booked (2 double beds, king etc) assuming I was being given what I requested when booking I went up to our room. We had a king bed instead of 2 doubles; we need 2 beds since we had 3 people. When approaching the desk, she seemed put out that she would have to arrange the room we booked. She asked who we booked through and we told her booking.com and showed her our email confirmation. Her response was that we don't get that information from them, we just get that you booked a room. Ok, assuming that is true which I doubt, then why didn't you verify they type of room I would like. Once we got to our room, it was dark, dreary and hot. We tried to turn on the fan or air and all there was was heat, hot hot heat. Understanding this is an older hotel we understand that there are some limitations, however there was absolutely no ventilation in that room, the bathroom ceiling fan also did not work. The hotels answer was we could find you a fan if you would like. The desk chair was beat up. The window "seat" looked like there was a dance party as it was all scuffed up. They did give us a hard time about leaving the hotel without penalty but we opted to leave anyway. We did not feel comfortable at this hotel and then add all the negatives on to that."
