What did you like the most?: "Nice people, affordable price, close to ski area, the heating system was a challenge but front desk person did an awesome job explaining it to me. Thank u for my stay, it was an enjoyable experience"

What did you like the most?: "Cheap .... Hotel for the area. You get not what you pay for...you get
less."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Roaches in bathroom and sink area. Stayed at this hotel twice in the last 4 week. One room on the second floor and one room on the first floor. Roaches both times. Dave the front desk operator who does not communicate that he rang you up wrong and authorized your card and then rang you correctly and authorized your card again; thus tying up your funds twice. The General Manager's (Pam) first solution to the problem was to move us to a hotel in Rothschild; not even a Day's Inn. Did not like that suggestion. So, her next solution was to have Dave issue a refund which will not show up on the account until Monday and evict us from the Hotel. Booking.com said that the room which I booked had a Microwave and a Refrigerator. When I was assigned the room, it had neither."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "1. I waited over 1/2 hour to be checked in that day. 2. My room smelled like sour milk. 3. Front desk attendents should be clean and tidy in appearance 4. Cops were called to the hotel at some point that night."
