- "the front end staff were very efficient. Very friendly."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "the floor suite had a musty smell when first entered. possibly the rooms are not rotated for customer use or the carpets / air circulation needs to upgraded or maitained more ofter. regular room sweeps would eliminate the not pleasant first impression. Ants in the bathroom. Again floor level suites."

- "Big room Quiet Excellent shower Microwave, fridge, safe"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The free shuttle bus to Universal Studios only goes once a day, which is pretty inconvenient. I asked reception about how else to get there (as I wanted to arrive before 12, which is when the shuttle bus would arrive) and I was told to get a taxi. No mention of the public bus service that stopped outside the hotel! Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Shuttle bus unhelpful if you want to get to Universal Studios early. Take the I-ride or Lynx."

- "The pillow for my sleeping wasn't comfortable. I don't know what kind of material insite, feel like sponge."
