What did you like the most?: "I like the space and layout of the rooms. Also their breakfast is set up
pretty nice and kept full of food items. I also really like the indoor
pool and hot tub."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We were on a long car ride and forgot to reserve a room online the night before, knowing we would stay in Cedar City, so I called the hotel to see if they would match their daysinn.com listed price and the worker on the phone was very rude and told me there was no way and that I should have just booked online if that was the price I wanted. Upon check-in several hours later I had requested a crib when reserving a room and the person at the desk, whom also was rude and seemed annoyed to have to help me, said that it doesn't matter what you request, they only have 2 cribs available there and they were already lent out on a first- come first-serve basis. An explanation up front would have been nice. Just very rude staff that day. Also, for how many rooms they have you would think they would have more cribs available, especially when advertising "kids stay free"."
