What did you like the most?: "The room was nice and clean. The TV was working good. The convenience of entering the room from outside was good."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The towels were Horrible, rough and not a bit soft. The heater was not set at the right degree. Not enough towels, rags, etc. but we commented to each other several times about how bad the towels were....."
