What did you like the most?: "friendly staff, pleasant location and enjoyable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "room was slightly small, problem with toilet flush, very slow running hot water for bath, lots of stairs."

What did you like the most?: "The location: it was just out of the town centre.
The breakfast was good, although I prefer unsmoked bacon. It was good to be served with hot food rather than the help yourself buffet breakfasts that are 'kept hot' under lights.
The staff in the dining room were very friendly and coped with the demands of a coach party very well."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The treck from the front door to our room. No cask beer in the bar. The view from our room."

What did you like the most?: "The breakfast was good value for money. Also the efficiency the staff dealt with a problem was impressive. Rooms are clean. The location is good. The public areas are very stylish. Parking is good. The staff are friendly."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The WIFI facility did not work in any part of the hotel. We tried on several occasions to get this working via reception, but it just didn't. I wasn't bothered about the lack of a lift, but some older guests really struggled with their luggage up the stairs. I had to help a few guest's that looked very incapable of lifting their luggage."
