- "Let's see.....the stained, worn out pillows, the plugged up sink and
tub drains.....I Don't think so. I don't think there was
anything I liked, except the location." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel is an older place, but clean and reasonably priced. We stayed two nights and on the second night, the hotel lost power. Not the hotel's fault, but what resulted was unacceptable. I feel it was the duty of the staff to notify guests of the problem. There were no emergency lighting in halls or stairwells. Could not see hand in front of face. Staff sitting downstairs drinking coffee and huddled around fireplace. Very disappointed in handling this situation. I should have called the city. Will never stay here again."

- "Lost power during the night. Halls were pitch black, no plan "b". Stairs dark and under construction- hazardous. No explanation for safety and paid extra for breakfast and no refund. City would most definitely close them down for lack of safety precautions."

- "It was very clean and comfortable. Room was pleasantly decorated and spacious. Bathroom had all the needed amenities.Overall, a good experience."

- "When I made the reservation I choose the "breakfast included and no service charge" rate. At the end of our stay we had to pay the service charge and we were told that breakfast is not included. After I presented the copy of the confirmation we got breakfast vouchers for a near by restaurant. Breakfast was actually very good and the hotel staff who clarified this was very courteous."
