- "Cristal Palace Hotel is a great hotel in the center of Palermo with a walking distance from main shoping streets. Also it's easy to reach Mondello beach (bus stop is very very near) and city bus to Palermo airport is just near to the hotel. Airport shuttle is also a great thing that is available in the hotel. Staff is doing excellent job, they are all very kind and professional. Kitchen and restaurant in hotel is great as well. I'm happy to recommend this hotel."

- "El sistema wi-fi es deplorable, no es posible conectarse con Internet en las habitaciones situadas`por encima del 2º piso, por lo que hay que bajarse el ordenador portatil hasta el lobby para conectarse con Internet .Además el servidor del hotel limita mucho el acceso a determinadas direcciones de Internet.En fin, un desastre!"
