"I thought the food was very average for the quality of the venue - obviously trying to maximum margin in this area"

Is there anything you didn't like?
"Because of it's size and absolute maze of room accesses/corridors, it is very confusing to negotiate your way around. The water pressure in the shower was poor....I look for an invigorating shower to wake me in the morning and I got a very poor shower due to the water pressure being so low."

What did you like the most?
"large grounds
good breakfast choices"
Is there anything you didn't like?
"childrens swimming times - ridiculous invoice incorrect - had to spend 20 minutes sorting it out when booked on line and had confirmation with me which was shown at time of checking in - still incorrect at checking out - hence the 20 minutes delay in leaving. got my husband name wrong - could have caused a divorce!"

What did you like the most?
"It was convenient to where we were going and appeared that it would be a quiet country house."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Our room was by the smokers area and we were kept awake late - 10.35 - until we complained and were awakened early 06.45 Sunday morning. The hotel was filled with a wedding party and had riotous and noisy small children in the bar and dining room. Lack of attention to detail, the twin beds were not properly zipped to form a double leading to a 2" step in the middle which lost us moe sleep. The menus were confusing as there were 3 different ones posted which led to my wife getting garlic, which she cannot eat, on her filet steak. To be fair we were given price price reductions in compensation. Despitre the appaerance of a country house, all the accomodation is "Travel Inn" style in a new building at the back."
