- "Great location for visiting relatives, very quiet, good amenities.beds were satisfactory.
In a smaller hotel like this, fitness facilities were very welcome. Also near small local malls and therefore convenient to drugstores and a Trader Joe's!" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Breakfast could be improved, their set up was very fast food. Some staff knew what the breakfast meant, and others did not. This is probably not important to their business clientele, but we were leisure travellers. Greatest service lapse was failure to clean the room before 3 pm, which was a drawback for jet lagged travelers who needed a pm nap. When we asked the maid at about 3:15 she offered to clean it shortly but told us it would be impossible to do it past five o'clock. we were then forced to vacate the room while it was being cleaned. Maids had obviously bee told to prioritize rooms being vacated immediately, but where did that leave customers who were there for more than one night?"
