- "I requested non-smoking rooms b/c my daughter has ashtma and got smoking rooms.the shower curtain was mildewed and smelled,the comforter had cigarette smell,no drain plug in the bathroom sink,the iron,hairdryer had been removed from the room and the breakfast area floor was dirty."

The bedding seemed to be clean and I was comfortable. At first glance the room 'looks' seedy, but it is just that it is run down.
There are no careful finishing touches. All the towels and sheets are well used and they are not neatly folded and placed. There needs to be more attention to the dust around the corners of the floor etc.
