What did you like the most?: "The staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant and bar staff. The restaurant food was exceptionally nice."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was much smaller than appeared on the pictures, and the heating did not work for our lodge and was therefore freezing in the evening. The room although was neat and nice enough, I do not think warranted the money spent on it."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Very poor housekeeping in our room, if there was a surface to get dust, it had it!, Carpet didnt meet the wall and it was stained. You could see the carpet gripper. Filthy shower, Cracked tiles on the bathroom floor.OVERPRICED And should be around £70, not as good as a travelinn. Evening meal very poor indeed and desite complaining about it the french waiter wasnt interested,errors in what we ordered,not cooked properly.Breakfast brought to us when still eating fruit?removed half eaten fruit to put down breakfast!!!, Filthy sauce bottle-well used. The staff have a vastly overrated opinion of what they are there for.Someone needs to highlight that its a service industry not there for them. Photos have been taken should you need to see how bad it was. Top top price for absolute minimum."

What did you like the most?: "The evening meal was great, very nice looking resturant and value for money with the meal"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "£195 ??? For a very below average room. I was shocked at the money we had to pay for a poorly decorated out of date box room. The service in the reception and at the bar was terrible, we where celerbrating our first wedding anniversary, and where made to feel unwelcome and in the way. We did complain, only to be told that we had paid over the odds for the room we got and they could see we had a valued point - we did get a bottle as a way of apolygy(too late celerbration ruined)My advise "drop the price of rooms by at least 50%. And treat everyone well, so they can have a lovely experience""

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Asked about catering for Vegetarian they said they do, so why when we went down for breakfast did they serve my wife a traditional English Breakfast when we asked for the veggie option for my wife, They took it away when we complained only to bring back a vegetarian one with black pudding on it this to went back only to be returned the veggie meal all they had done was remove the black pudding from the plate and try to hide the fact by wiping the plate unsuccessfully and thus was contaminated with meat residue this was sent back and told them not to bother as we would get something else where and complained to the reception manager who deducted it from our bill (not very good)"
