- "The staff was very helpful, there is a shuttle to a different beach every day and to the center at night. Breakfast is very good and free wi if in the rooms as well."

- "Ithe hotel is a little far from all locations but there is a shuttle and the taxi's are cheap. The room is very small and you would expect from a 200$ a night hotel to have coffee and glass for toothbrushes in the room."

- "The location was very nice, and the views from the room were simply
stunning. The breakfast staff was incredibly friendly. There were free
shuttles every day to the beach and into town at night." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Service was incredibly spotty. When we arrived we waited 5 minutes at reception before anyone acknowledged us- after a trafficky 5hr drive from Rio, this was very unwelcome (and unwelcoming). The design of the hotel is not at all hip or interesting- it's more Ramada than boutique hotel. The restaurant had no ambiance and a lackluster menu. No wine by the glass, or wine list even. Just a selection of two pretty bad bottles of red. Room was ok, but we had to banish the air freshener to the balcony because it smelled like a restroom. Speaking of which, our toilet made an insane screeching sound after every flush. We informed reception, and it was never fixed. Pool was very nice by day, but closed by 7pm- not a place to hang out. Upon check-out, they insisted on physically checking the mini-bar before letting us settle our bill- even when we told them we did not consume anything from it. Having them basically insinuate that we could not be trusted with the mini-bar was a pretty unpleasant coda to our stay there. Great view and location, but I would definitely stay somewhere else next time."
