- "The housekeeping staff was probably the best I have ever encountered.
Friendly, accommodating, and thourough! The staff at the on site bar was
excellent! Very professional yet able to talk with them when things were
slow. Top notch service that you would expect from a high end resort.
Beach access is great. Complete with tables and palapas as well as beach

- "The check in and check out times are difficult. There is a narrow window of opportunity to check in and out. The front desk is only staffed for a few hours midday. The Internet is barely functional unless you are next to the front lobby. There is a reason that this hotel is cheap. It is less than 100' from the disco district. There are 4-5 discos that play music at very high levels of base that goes on until at least 4 am but sometimes until 6 am. Without earplugs deeply inserted you will not sleep. The major issue with this place is that they try to charge a 13% fee for using a credit card! They also overcharged for the stay by 200 pesos. It was only after a threat to involve the police that they refunded the 200 peso theft and 13% fee."
