- "Hotel Staff from the front desk to general manager were warm friendly and eager to help. Hotel manager understood my needs to travel Daily to Macae and return and was very helpful in suggesting car services, etc. The room was exactly as advertised. Manager was exceptional delivering the highest quality service of any 5 Starr hotel. As a world traveler this is one of my best travel experiences. I am planning another trip in October and intend on stayinig with this hotel again. Kind regards, Jim S"
