What did you like the most?: "clean warm good size rooms"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "rude reception staff when got there they said we didn't have any reservations. i tried to start to explain and was rudly interupted by a male on reception who said " well we are full you wont be staying here" customer service at its worst. Explained I had spoken to richard andreson i was then replied with "well he isnt working today" it started the whole stay very bad with a bad impression that lasted the full stay."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Said my card wouldn't wrk on taking payment, had to pay cash. When I rung my bank there were no problems except that the member of staff should have rung for auth. Not a major problem though."

What did you like the most?: "I have stayed at the Copthorne Hotel before in 1995 for my first night
after I got married and I liked it very much. After looking at many
venues for my 50th Birthday Bash (The Copthorne Hotel) included, I
choose the Copthorne Hotel because I thought that they could and did a
better job. My night was fantastic, I had a superb night and so did all
my guests. My family and myself stayed the night and had a wonderful
experience."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The only problem was that there seemed to be a mix up with my paperwork prior to my stay as staff had left mid post. But this did eventually get sorted. Catherine Oliver did eventually manage to get this sorted and she did a marvelous job for me."
