- What did you like the most?
- "the hotel was very clean and the staff exceptionally helpful. When we arrive the was no house keeping available and the reception staff came to arrange our daughter's bed."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Very unfortunate that we were given as requested a no smoking room that has such an intense small of cigarettes and cigar that I had to keep the windows open all night and even spraying my parfume in the room many times didn't work. We got there late with a child who was very tired and had leave the following morning so couldn't be bothered to ask for a room change but I would have had to do it if I stayed another night. The smell of cigarette stayed with me all of the following day."

- "The hotel wasn't easy to get to. We arrived at night on the train and had a very hard time finding out how to get there. It was not close to a bus stop so we had to walk up a steep hill pulling our bags. They need to provide a shuttle."

- "I like the view from the dining room where we had breakfast. A very comfortable hotel to stay. The breakfast was very good."

- "it was a bit difficult to find or even get to if you carry a suitcase. Taking a taxi would be a sensible choice."
