What did you like the most?: "Restaurant on site. Secure feeling with elevator "key"
required. Pleasant atmosphere inside..nearness to Logan airport.
Housekeeping was polite & helpful & appeared to be hard
workers...very busy into the early evening hours...speaks to their
commitment."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "A used/dirty wash cloth was left on the shower rod over section of curtain. Mis communication regarding park & fly. To question 5 below...not if you include the on line booking which does not clearly provide true cost...How do you advertise "free parking then charge $100 for the same? Ignore a specific request for the same above then change the cost?"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Park & Fly not well organised to get to the airport (shuttles every 30 minutes, but they dont take reservations, so some people can't get on the bus on busy hours because there are too many people at the same time)."

affordable restaurant in same building. Hotel expresses and shows care
for the environment"
