- "The check-in procedure was efficient and fast."

- "I received conflicting information regarding the shuttle schedule, which caused me to be late for an appointment. Also, this hotel is way overpriced for the quality of the accommodations. There was a hole in my duvet cover, the linens were worn and old-looking, shower was dingy - this is just to name a few problems. If you're willing to spend over $100 a night, you're better off staying in downtown Boston, where at least the surrounding amenities will make it worth your money. I will not stay here again."

- "My husband and I were there for a wake and funeral - we chose this hotel
because of the convenience to the church and funeral home." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The cleanliness of the room was okay, however, the mattress of the bed we chose was deplorable. The corners of the sheet kept pulling off the bed as well as the mattress protector. I kept trying to put them back on during the night. When I got up in the morning, I noticed a disgusting stain on the corner of the mattress which really grossed me out. The mattress and pillows in that room need to be replaced."
