- "The location is excellent right in the heart of the City"

- "The car park is round the back, down a one way street, round back on yourself, and there are no signs therefore it was only by chance that we found it. As the Hotel is on St Albans main street there is no chance to stop out the front and run into reception and ask direction to the car park. Also the room wasn't that clean - I hotel the stain on the desk chair was hot chocolate..."
