What did you like the most?: "The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great - on a quiet street, which felt safe, but very close to Chelsea Market (less than 10 min walk) and subway station (less than 5 min walk). There is also a supermarket on the same street, and several eating places within easy walking distance. Bathrooms were totally clean. The complimentary breakfast was wholesome and tasty. I would definitely stay here again."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "There were some recurring noises from the plumbing or heating, which can wake you up if you are a light sleeper. But this is a minor issue."

What did you like the most?: "Very cozy, very helpful and friendly personnel. Colorful, spotless and
comfortable accomodations. Excellent central location in New York. One
of the best hotel stays I can remember."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "No directions to reach the hotel. I.E., very useful for turist to know subway line, direction and stop in advance."
