So close to Victoria Train Station, and Victoria Coach Statio. AND Buckingham Palace.
London city tour bus stops are very close by too." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The hotel staff can be more customer friendly rather improvecustomer service. Broken furniture in the room. Towels do not look clean. At breakfast service staff lokked stressed out as they have to serve lot of customers. Instead of the staff serveing the breakfast, they can prepare the breakfast table in buffet style so that customers can eat what they want without waiting for or asking the staff for breakfast."
