What did you like the most?: "Location for the NEC was good."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Welcome was good and we were advised that it would be noisy as it was a Saturday night. Pity the warning is not on the site, being told after booking is too late. Even had the loud music piped into the Restaurant. Went into the bar for a first drink and told both the ales were off due to a problem with the gas! Hand pulled, why gas!! Asked when back on just shrug of the shoulders. Hence we spent our money else where. May all be a different story in the week but this is definitely not an £83 a night place on a Saturday"

What did you like the most?: "The hotel is conveniently located a short distance from the m6 and m42.
I had an excellent breakfast with lots of choice and friendly service.
My room was in an annex just across the road from the bar. It faced the
road but I was not troubled by traffic noise. The room was large and
well equipped . Free wifi was available in the bar. I would happily stay
in the hotel again."

What did you like the most?: "The food was excellent, especially the choice at breakfast. Room was large, plenty of space."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The bedroom looked a bit tired, could do with a coat of paint."

What did you like the most?: "It was handy as we had a family wedding reception there. Room good size.
Reception good & wAiters/waitresses very good & helpful."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Bar supplies limited & what wasn't stocked bar staff wouldn't get from the main bar or hotel. Not even sparkling water!! But it was available at the main bar if I wanted to go & get some!! No!! I am the guest! Either get staff who want to work & know what they are doing of stock your bar properly!! At £120 with b&b it was over priced."
