- "We chose Club Tapiz because of their perfect location. Next to the
vineyards, outside Mendoza city limits with easy access by car to the
many bodegas in the area. We stayed in Casa Zolo and loved it. The
opportunity to stay in an old colonial hacienda decorated with period
furniture and high ceiling is unique. It felt like our own private house
maintained with love and care. Our room was not huge but had everything
needed. Our bathroom was decent size with plenty of hot water. There is
a big veranda around the house overlooking the gardens with plenty of
sitting areas to read your book, check your emails or watch the birds
like the beautiful tijeretas with their long tails. It has its own
private pool. Breakfast was served in the elegant dining room with eggs
cooked to order and plenty of coffee. Every afternoon I would go walking
along the vineyards, the olive trees, the vegetable garden, or say hello
to the chickens. Club Tapiz has a restful quiet ambiance."

- "It is good for a short stay but any longer than 2 days and you will want to visit the town. it is quite far out."
