- "The location to my family residence is excellent. There is also enough
in downtown Tenafly to occupy a person for a few hours. The Tenafly
diner is also available. The free parking and friendly hotel staff are
also a major plus." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Booking.com and the hotel had the wrong date. (My confirmation had the correct date.) As a result we were placed in the room which accommodates those in with handicaps. That was not a problem except that the room had a horrible smell. I sprayed my perfume in order to reduce the smell and we had to sleep with the air conditioner on all night, thus freezing. It was very uncomfortable. I was afraid that the stale stench would get on me and my clothes. The room needs a thorough cleaning and airing out, maybe a change of carpet. I was totally disgusted by it. All said, this was different from the past 7 years when we have stayed at the hotel when the rooms were pleasant and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and is attempting some compensation for this year's stay."
