The hotel is conveniently close to the railway station and bus station. Nearby you can find shops, an amusement park, a local indoor pool, Newquay Zoo, a boating lake and Trenance Gardens. Blue Reef Aquarium is a short walk away.

- "The welcome was great. The room comfortable and clean. Close to beach and short walk to all shops. Entertainment was enjoyable. Staff very friendly. The only negative we had was the breakfast was too greasy."

- "The front of the hotel let it down. The sign needs repair and the outside needs painting. Inside it was lovely"

- "Very friendly and helpful staff. We were a group of eight lads on a weekend surf trip so were expecting the staff to be weary of us but everything was great. Will go again!"
